We have had a very warm winter here in NYC. The past few days have been in the 70's. Yesterday we took the bus to 58th and Lexington on the East Side so I could try on some shoes at a Naturalizer store over there (I have been looking for some brown flats to replace the ones I bought before we left. They kill my toes). We walked back, and went through the park. Dad got some good pictures of the daffodils and crocus that are in bloom.
We had family home evening last night with the other missionaries. We first went on a tour of the temple to identify all the emergency escape routes, the fire alarms, extinguishers, and first aid kits, etc. We then played games. We had fun playing Balderdash. I remember many fun rounds of that game with you all. If you can't remember it, it is the one where you make up definitions for obscure words, and try to guess which is real and which is made up.
