The boys only have one job this summer. Get swole. Okay, maybe that is an over-exaggeration. What they have been doing is getting ready for football. They are busy with mom mandated 2-a-days. They workout for three hours each day. Each morning they attend their high school's Strength and Conditioning camp. Then each night they attend a workout session at our local Velocity gym. There they use the Nike Sparq Training method to improve their strength, speed, explosiveness and agility.
The boys are also eating a 4000+ calorie a day diet. They complain about it (and I think bitter thoughts as I am trying to survive on about a quarter of that). But what workout regiment would be complete without some good supplements? So, we marched ourselves down to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked ourselves up some. We got the Monster Milk series cause I am familiar with Muscle Milk and it had the shiniest packaging. I like to judge a book by its cover.
Muscles have been measured. Boys have been weighed. I will let you know how we improve once August 22nd rolls around.
I wanna eat 4000 calories a day!
