Sometimes I don't have my "big" camera with me when a photo worthy event occurs. I am so grateful that my iPhone camera is handy to capture such moments. I tend to take the photo and then forget about them. Today I scrolled through and chuckled at some forgotten times.
1) This is a shot of Matt and Maria right after we all finished the Columbus Rolling Hills Ride. I had just thrown my bike at Helmut vowing I never wanted to ride it again. I am not sure why I thought the jump from 22 to 50 miles would be easy. It wasn't. And the hills, heat, humidity and head wind did me in.
2) We have been long time patrons of our neighborhood Mexican restaurant, Del Pueblo. The kids never forget to ask for quarters for the games (oh how I wish they would forget). This is a shot of Josh and Parker thoroughly enjoying the fake mustaches. 'Cause what is more fun than a fake mustache?
3) Helmut caught this whopper of a carp on the high adventure a few weeks back. Three days of chumming the water and fishing until 2 AM finally paid off.
4) The only thing more fun than the Target dollar spot is using the cool merchandise for a photo and then not having to purchase it.
Good times....
